Free delivery on homewares* orders $95 and over!

For Homewares (not including furniture or large items) purchased through the website, we offer free delivery on every order over $95.00 within New Zealand. This excludes artwork, mirrors, screens, pots and statues. Order must be over $95 after any discounts or coupons. Orders of homewares items under $95.00 have a packing and delivery cost of $12 to any address in NZ. Deliveries take between 1-5 working days depending on location and courier runs. During busy periods orders may be delayed. Please note choosing an incorrect delivery method on checkout may void an order.

Furniture or Large items:

Please email us or call your nearest store to get an exact quote on Furniture or Large item delivery prior to purchasing online. Please supply the product codes you are after and the exact delivery address. Due to the large variances in delivery costs throughout NZ we are unable to quote these accurately on our website. If you wish to purchase furniture items prior to finding out shipping costs you may do this on our website, and we will be in touch soon after with the available delivery rates. Payment for delivery costs can be with bank deposit or credit card. We only use dedicated furniture freighting companies to deliver your order. If you wish to organise your own delivery please also let us know. Deliveries take 5-10 working days depending on your location and delivery company truck schedules.

Delivery info:

Orders are processed from our Mt Maunganui warehouse or whichever store has the stock on hand. We aim to get these away typically on the same day or next working day, however, during some periods this may take up to 5 working days or more especially if coming from other stores. We use various delivery methods depending on your purchase. Small homewares items are sent via a courier with a tracking number. Larger items are sent with a delivery company, where the deliverer will call to confirm the date and time. If we need to get an item from another store there will be slight delays. If we cannot source any items for your order we will notify you asap - and as our website is run from stock numbers we cannot be responsible if an item is sold out prior to your order. All items are inspected before delivery and once items are dispatched any damages during delivery are outside of our control.

International orders:

We are able to assist with packing International orders but customers are responsible for organising a carrier and researching the delivery fees, customs duties and all other charges for your order.
