The Importer has been sourcing quality furniture, and unique homewares from our suppliers throughout Asia & the Indian sub-continent for nearly 20 years, and we are passionate about adding life and style to your home!

On our website you can browse our catalogue and experience the unique & everchanging mix of products we offer in our stores, and if you prefer to buy online we even arrange delivery to your door. 

We order in small quantites a variety of items so if you like something it is best to grab one before they go. However if an item you like is sold out, please contact us as we may be able to track one down through our stores, or let you know if they are coming back in.

Sustainability: Reducing our impact on the environment

At The Importer we are always aware of the environment and the impact we have as a company. We source our furniture through suppliers who buy wood solely from family owned sustainable forests, and recycled timbers are used where possible.

Many items of ours are antiques we sell which means they are made many years ago and refinished to their original state. Other key choices are of the recycling of all packaging materials such as cardboard and paper. Plastic bags have been replaced instore to eco-bags which are reuseable for our customers.
