Procedure
1. Browse through our online catalogue to find the items you would like to purchase.
2. Fill out our Contact form with the items to purchase, and your delivery address on our Contact page.
3. This product request will be sent to us, and we will check availability of the products, and check delivery costs.
4. We will contact you to confirm product availability, delivery costs and payment details.
5. Once payment is received we will send items to be delivered to your door, with a reciept.
Payment Options
Internet Banking / Bank Deposit:
We will advise you of our banking deposit details once you have confirmed purchase. We will give you a reference to name your deposit,
and then we will deliver once funds recieved.
Delivery Methods
New Zealand:
We use a range of carriers to provide the best rate to your door.
We choose operators that have a good reputation, and the carrier will depend on your delivery address.
International:
International orders are welcome, however International orders may incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient.
Please contact your customs agent to determine these costs.
Returns
All our products are selected by our buyers based on quality and we hope you enjoy them. However if you are not happy with a product
you are able to return it unused (in new condition) for an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.
Goods are returned to The Importer at your expense but if the product is faulty then we will cover this expense.
